Ian Karuso - Lic Builder

Ian has had over forty years experience in the building industry and has a professional and timely approach to each project. He has built homes, units, and retirement villages in virtually all surrounding suburbs of Sydney, as far north as Hawks Nest, in the Newcastle/Lake Macquarie District, Muswellbrook, Maitland/Cessnock District and surrounding areas. He is personally involved in every project undertaken.

Scott Karuso - Project Manager

Scott has practical experience in the building trade from the ground up and also technical experience through his Building Degree at Newcastle University, He takes pride in his work which is evident by the satisfaction of each owner at completion of the project.

Kris James - Office Manager

Kris has over 30 years experience in office procedure and management having worked in legal offices as a conveyancer and later in management, This experience is evident by the smooth and efficient manner in which our construction office is managed.

Michael Jones - Sales Manager

Michael started in real estate in 1976. He owned and operated several real estate offices throughout the Hunter region during the 80's. Over the last 12 years Michael has specialised in new house and land packages, He will find your ideal block of land and help you to select a home to suit. Once your project is underway, Michael and his staff are available to assist with colour selections.
